A function underway in the pavilion

Functions & Events

Somewhere your people will remember.

Conferences, celebrations and long lunches on a working marron farm — catered from our own water, for groups of a dozen to three hundred.

The same pavilion that draws couples for weddings is one of the South West’s most versatile function spaces the rest of the week. Tell us who’s coming and what the day needs to do — we’ll take care of the rest.

The Table

Grown fifty metres from your table.

Most venues cater in. We pull ours from the ponds you’re sitting beside. Function menus are built for sharing, brought to the table as it’s ready, and shift a little with the season.

Grilled whole marron, cod croquettes, oysters shucked to order, slow-cooked Donnybrook Angus and whatever’s good in the garden that week — matched with a West Australian wine, beer and cocktail list.

After Dark

The part people talk about afterwards.

Roving canapés and a live band, the fire pits lit out on the lawn, and the pavilion doors thrown open to the dark. Functions here don’t end when the plates are cleared.

The things organisers always ask

Can you do full-day catering?

Yes — arrival coffee, morning and afternoon tea, and a working or seated lunch, all timed to your run sheet.

What about dietaries?

Every dietary catered — gluten free, vegan, allergies. Send us the list and we’ll build around it.

Do you have AV?

A large screen, microphone, whiteboards and reliable Wi-Fi are included. Bring a laptop and you’re set.

Can coaches get in?

Easily. There’s coach and car parking on site, and we’re a straightforward drive from Bunbury and Busselton.

Is there a farm tour?

A guided walk of the working marron ponds can be added to any function — a great way to break up a long day.

How small can we go?

From a dozen guests up to 300. Same ponds, same kitchen, same welcome.
